FAQ
What items do you accept for removal?
We accept a wide variety of items including furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, construction materials, and general household junk. If you don’t see it listed, just ask!
Do you accept hazerdous waste?
No, we do not accept household hazardous waste. For disposal of household hazardous materials, please visit your nearest Environmental Collection Center or check you local city website for hazmat collection events.
What areas do you provide service to?
We provide service to all of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. If you are unsure just text or call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are insured and can easily provide proof upon request.
No, a license is not required because we are not hauling waste in an enclosed vehicle and we are not operating a compactor.
How do I pay for junk removal service?
We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Andriod Pay, PayPal and Credit/Debit Card. We also provide you a detailed invoice at the completion of work.
What do you do with everything you haul away?
We do everything in our power to find a new home for anything that still has some life left in it. We also recycle, and donate more than 50% of what we pick up. If we have exhausted all other means and we are left with disposal at a landfill then we will make sure contents are legally and responsibly disposed of.
Do you do demolition?
Yes, we specialize in light demolition such as above ground swimming pool removal, shed demolition and gazebo removal.
How much does junk removal cost?
Every job is different. The final price will depend on the volume of your contents. For example, our dump trailer will hold 15 cubic yards. The price for a full trailer is $500. However, you don’t pay for what you don’t use. If you use 3/4 of the trailer then the price will be 3/4 of $500. There could be an additional cost incurred if the item is oversized. Give us a call or text and we’ll provide you a FREE estimate!
What if all my stuff doesn't fit in a 15 cubic yard dumpster?
No problem! We’ll take multiple loads if necessary.
I have a lot of paint I want to get rid of.
We can help with that. There are a few options and it could end up costing you $0.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
In most cases, you don’t need to do anything at all. We need access to the items you are getting rid of which normally only requires you to point at the things you want gone and then we do the rest.
When do I pay?
You don’t pay until the work is done. Once you have had the opportunity to see the completed job and are satisfied, we will then provide you with a detailed invoice for payment.
Why don't you give an exact price when giving a quote?
There are always unforseen circumstances and we want to be fair to both you and ourselves. If we provide a quote and your contents end up taking up less space then you will pay a lower price.
Is there anything you don't take?
We can not accept hazardous chemicals. However, we can still help you to dispose of them and in many cases there is no cost associated.
Do I need to be present for you to work?
As long as we have access to the items being disposed of, there is no need for you to be present.
